JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Specializes in handling international routes, including three-leg bookings and more complex travel arrangements.

  2. Proficient in understanding and interpreting airline fare rules and terms, ensuring correct application in client communications and bookings.

  3. Expertise in providing clients with accurate reminders about airline rules, ensuring compliance and preventing misunderstandings.

  4. Responsible for accurate computation of refunds and adept at navigating Amadeus to guarantee bookings that do not incur ADMs.

  5. Handles demanding clients and complex transactional tasks, including expert troubleshooting and support for AOH in arranging of the routes operations.

  6. Knowledgeable in advanced Global Distribution System (GDS) entries, capable of providing detailed quotations based on Quickipedia and understanding every client's specific requirements.

  7. Communicates effectively with team members, superiors, other business units, and clients through various modes such as phone calls or emails, maintaining professionalism at all times.

  8. Capable of issuing tickets for domestic, regional, and international routes and managing other booking transactions like rebooking, reissuance, and refunds.

  9. Provides support to the team at in-plant operations and can function as a standalone duty person when assigned as a backup to AOH or as a reliever to support accounts, including in plants.

  10. Supports transactional requirements using mid-office tools like Client Majic and other internal tools, and manages administrative tasks such as email and calendar management, office supply requisition, and the creation of payment request forms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
