Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing and Communications Manager role located in Mandaluyong City. The Marketing and Communications Manager supports the execution of Accor and Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua's marketing & communications plans, campaigns, and brand initiatives across rooms, F&B, and events. Manages social media, content creation, PR activities, and partnerships to strengthen the hotel's visibility. Oversees guest communications, marketing materials, and digital performance. Works closely with internal teams to ensure consistent Accor and Novotel branding in all campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, or related fields
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, analytics, SEO, and online ads.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
  • Able to create engaging content and present ideas clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Good coordination, time management, and deadline management.
