Modernbrands Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Administrative Intern to support the Operations Department in daily operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to basic accounting processes, financial documentation, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Help prepare and organize financial records, vouchers, receipts, and invoices
  • Support monitoring of petty cash and expense reports
  • Assist in processing reimbursements and other accounting-related requests
  • Help maintain accurate and organized accounting and administrative files
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination
  • Assist in inventory tracking and office supply monitoring (if applicable)
  • Support other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related courses
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
