QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any other related courses
  • Preferably worked in an ISO certified real estate or project development company
  • Has experience in implementing process change and producing supporting documentation
  • Has experience in writing business functional and non-functional requirement documents
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year work experience in a real estate or property development setting
  • Preferably with at least (1) year work experience in process modeling, document-controlling and document review
  • Has extensive knowledge in business process modeling Supplier-Input-Process-Output-Customer (SIPOC) diagram and gap analysis

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists departments in providing advice and operational impact assessments regarding initiated procedures and procedure amendment
  • Conducts business process review
  • Gathers data through interview with process owners and by reviewing related records and documents
  • Incorporates best practices into the procedures being reviewed or developed
  • Fully contributes to the departmental objective by completing the documentation of the business processes relating to operations and finance as directed by the BPU Assistant Manager
  • Designs, documents, and studies business processes with the goal of driving process repeatability and improvement through efficient process design, quantitative process analysis, and staffing optimization
  • Identifies key measures and indicators of process performance used in process-centric reporting, how they will be presented to process stakeholders, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance
  • Provides regular updates to the BPU Assistant Manager and BPU Head on the progress of allocated tasks and any other reporting as directed
  • Coordinates and conducts business process cascade to process stakeholders
  • Uploads the approved business process in the approved document repository
  • Informs process stakeholders of an approved business process
