Accountabilities:

  • Daily Toolbox Meetings
  • Site Safety
  • Customer Concerns
  • Customer Retention
  • Click Up Monitoring and Updating (Status, Employee Position, Employee Sub- Position, Date Active, Payout Details)
  • Customer Performance Appraisal
  • Preparation: Back to work order, Leave form, Incident Report (IR) (Minor Offenses) Notice to Explain (NTE), Authority to Deduct (ATD) Form and Attachments, and Offboarding Documents (Resignation Letter, Exit Interview Form)
  • Client Concerns: Client Report Needed and Client Requirements Per Head.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Issuance
  • Onsite incident handling (initial information): Damage/ Lost Breakage Report (LBR)
  • Operational accident
  • Timekeeping: Daily Time Record (DTR) Collation/Validation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Human Resource, Hotel and Restaurant Management, and other related courses.
  • First Aid training and certification as a Safety Officer are considered an advantage.
  • No or with experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if required
