Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • First Assessment on potential risks in data migration and the overall project
  • Drive the conversation and discussion related to the risk, process flow, and data mapping with other stakeholders and process owners
  • Support in Data Analysis to assist business users on preliminary data analysis for data clean up purposes and data validation and lead Data Clean Up Activities
  • Supporting data mapping activities based onSAPS4/HANA andSAPC4C Data Tables
  • Serving as the point of contact forSAPprocesses and the Oracle To-Be process
  • Identifying potential risks in data migration and the overall project
  • Analyzing the correlation and impact between data in the Sales Module and the potential financial impact during and after data migration
  • Collaborating with Finergy to define the logic of SQL queries for extracting and combining data from multipleSAPsource tables
  • CombiningSAPdata with data from legacy external application tables (Payorlink, ACVP)
  • Ensuring aligned understanding of the process flow of Sales and Billings Modules
  • Leading discussions on risks, process flows, and data mapping with stakeholders and process owners
  • Recommending best practices based on system, process, or user limitations
  • Assisting business users with preliminary data analysis for data cleanup and validation

QUALIFICATION:

  • Must have 4 years of minimum experience in SAP SD.
  • Must possess experience in data mapping, data analysis and supporting data migration projects (ERP/CRM migration)
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and collaborating with the technical teams.
  • Preferably can start ASAP
