Gyansys Philippines is immediately looking for an SAP Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Distribution module.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. SAP S&D Configuration

  2. Expert in SAP Sales & Distribution. Should be able to structure configurations.

  3. Configuring Order types, Delivery types & Billing document types.
  4. Integration with other modules - FI/MM and SD Reporting
  5. Knowledge on Order fulfillment (Standard business processes, third party, Partner Function, STO, Pricing, Schemes, Export, Delivery, Billing, Handling of Free Goods, Billing plans.)
  6. Configuration of Shipments & Output types.

  7. Configuration of Pricing and Pricing Procedures.

  8. SAP S&D Issue Handling

  9. Hands on experience in handling SAP Sales and Distribution issues from Plant & Warehouse.

  10. Should be able to work on tickets and close them in time

  11. Should be able to work within stipulated timeframe for closure of tickets.

  12. SAP S&D Developments

  13. Should be able to develop functional specification for New Developments.

  14. Programming Integration: Should be able to work with ABAP and Non-SAP systems for Integration
  15. Should be able to test developments Thoroughly

  16. Should be able to help programmers during debugging and understand debugging steps

  17. SAP S&D Integrations

  18. Should be able to work on S&D integrations with MM, PP and FI

  19. Should be able to work on S&D integrations with other systems.

  20. Should understand EDI, RFC and API which are developed with other systems for integration.

  21. SAP Solution Design

  22. Should be well versed with New Process Design and solution build up.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of SAP functional experience in SD module
  • 5+ years of SAP configuration with demonstrable end results.
  • With S/4 Hana experience in system configuration and integration with external applications/ system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent.
