Job Title

Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement SAP SD, Sales and OTC solutions based on business requirements and best practices.

  • Provide day to day support for SAP SD, Sales and OTC issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and escalate complex issues to senior consultants or developers.
  • Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and other SAP teams to understand and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation, test cases, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• At least 8 years' experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team lead/member, implementation team lead/member of SAP SD/OTC.

• Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules to ensure ability to understand end-to-end business process and work independently to derive test data/scenarios and perform testing.

• Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms.

• Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approach.

• Certifications in any of the above applications and/or certified in ITIL or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE) is an added advantage.

• Good command of English Language. Ability to speak and/or write other languages will be an added advantage.
