Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain smooth workflow within the company.

Work location: 3rd floor 22 Palali Street, Brgy. Sienna, Quezon City

Work schedule: Monday-Friday(9:00AM-6:00PM) I ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, messages).
  • Organize and maintain office documents and records.
  • Assist in preparing reports, forms, and other documents as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Provide support to various departments with basic tasks and follow-ups.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and stocked with supplies.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Any course is welcome to apply.
  • High school graduate; college level or degree is an advantage but not required.
  • With or without experience (training will be provided).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn and can multitask.
