About the role

This is a full-time data entry and word processing role within the Teleperformance contact centre in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a WFM Software Administrator I, you will play a key part in the smooth operation of the contact centre by maintaining and optimising workforce management software and processes. This is an important role that will have a direct impact on the productivity and service delivery of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the workforce management software, including user accounts, schedules, and forecasts
  2. Accurately enter and maintain data in the workforce management system
  3. Generate reports and analyse workforce data to identify opportunities for optimisation
  4. Communicate with team leaders and managers to understand operational needs and requirements
  5. Provide training and support to agents on the use of workforce management tools and processes
  6. Assist with the implementation of new workforce management initiatives and system upgrades

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within a contact centre or similar service environment
  2. Strong computer and software skills, with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new systems and applications
  3. Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams at all levels
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  6. A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business needs and requirements
