Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned outlets to ensure operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets for the area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and government regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, service quality, and adherence to standards.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and staff performance evaluation.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Ensure cost efficiency through effective inventory management, labor control, and expense monitoring.
