Responsibilities:

  • Conducts background checks and credit checks with various entities/institutions, and credit bureaus.
  • Performs a crucial role in ensuring that all our clients' loan application are processed in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Performs audit and final checking of all data submitted from acquiring and verification teams versus those data encoded on the system.
  • Monitoring and updating of all repayment and cashing channels.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding loan products/ application processes on several communication channels (i.e. emails, Facebook, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree holder, any course
  • Possesses above average communication skills (both written and verbal), presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Background on conducting know-your-customer or KYC (e.g. phone verification, counterfeit screening, skip tracing, etc.)
  • Adept on professional phone etiquette and business correspondence.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • Willing to report to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP.
