The Import Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring import transactions to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant arrival of goods. This role handles import documentation, liaises with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to support smooth inbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end import shipments from suppliers to local warehouses
  • Prepare, review, and monitor import documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
  • Monitor shipment schedules and track arrivals
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, FDA, BAI, NMIS, and other regulatory requirements (if applicable)
  • Process import permits and clearances as required
  • Coordinate with Finance for duties, taxes, and other import-related charges
  • Provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders
  • Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and documentation issues
  • Maintain accurate import records and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
