Clinic Support Staff

JOB PURPOSE
This job is responsible in monitoring the flow of patients in clinic, onsite or digital platform for various medical services. It is also responsible for attending and responding to members' and patients' inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, including prioritization of VIP clients. Including ensuring correct payment for rendered service to patient was provided after each visit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Delight
- Welcomes/ assists patients and visitors of the clinic
- Monitors the flow of patients and queues them in the different sections of the clinic.
- Responds to telephone and email queries
- Ensures the smooth flow of patient traffic for consultation or procedure in the clinic.
- Assists in guiding patients to the doctor's rooms and/or other sections of the clinic.
- Attends to patients' complaints and concerns prior to elevating these to the Clinic Operations Manager if warranted.
- Maintains company spiels and lines that will entice customers visit the clinics again.
2. Clinic Survey and DigiMed Plus
- Distributes service evaluation survey forms and ensures that the targeted confidence level and margin of error for the clinic is met monthly.
- Receives comments, suggestions and feedback and collates survey results.
- Acts and performs responsibilities of Admin and Tech support on the DigiMed PLUS platform when assigned
3. Onsite / Mobile/ Home Services
- Performs tasks and responsibilities to be done during or post onsite activities / Home service such as but not limited to receiving home service requests, coordinating with available physical therapist, transportation coordination, payment coordination.
4. Cashiering
- Logs daily all payment (cash & hmo approved) entry into a logbook/sheet and daily tabulation
- Reports the end of the day clinic revenue to the COM
- Gives official receipt and senior/pwd discounts as applicable
- Logbook for official receipt (OR) monitoring should be facilitated and ensured numbering are correct
- Ensures safe keeping of all cash revenue before bank deposit
- Deposit all cash the very next working day to avoid storage in the clinic
- Does cash count at the end of the day with one (1) witness, seals cash in an envelope with breakdown and total amount indicated. Seals and signs this envelope together with the witness
- Deposit slips must be immediately scanned and emailed to accounting daily
5. Documentation, Reports and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year college course, preferably Medical course
- With 6 months of relevant experience; HMO experience an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office and Computer Skills
- Working Environment: Clinic-based
