HIRING SALES CONSULTANT

QUALIFICATION:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and consultation skills.

  • Passionate about health, beauty and self-care

  • Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented

  • Able to meet sales targets and handle client objections professionally

  • College graduate or equivalent work experience

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:
Engage with walk-in and booked clients, understand their skin or body goals, and recommend the most suitable treatments or packages.

Product & Service Knowledge:
Master our treatment offerings to confidently explain benefits, packages, and results.

Sales & Conversion:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through warm, personalized selling techniques and follow-ups.

Relationship Building:
Maintain long-term client connections through consistent communication and aftercare follow-ups.

Support the Team:
Work with doctors, therapists, and the front desk to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.

Reporting & Coordination:
Monitor leads, inquiries, and conversions; prepare basic sales reports and client updates
