Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistent service delivery and performance across outlets.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline clinical and administrative processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to minimize costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, sales targets, and operational metrics to optimize branch efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance teams to ensure integrated business operations.
  • Manage inventory across multiple locations, ensuring timely replenishment of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Implement quality control programs to maintain service standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Track patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control metrics.
  • Ensure exceptional patient experiences and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
  • Manage operational expenses while maintaining service quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of operations management experience in aesthetic clinics, beauty and wellness, retail, or service industries.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical clinic operations.
  • Proficiency in clinic management systems, inventory management software, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple locations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Deep understanding of patient care and service quality standards.
