JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for strategic planning and successful implementation of marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's image, perceived values, and objectives in the most cost-effective manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages the company's brand portfolio in terms of brand image to maximize the leverage both in sales and consumer brand perception
  • Monitors the competitive landscape of the company's brands and identifies the latest trends in the market in terms of advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinates with parties concerned for the company's media placements, event sponsorships, press releases, promotions, etc. to ensure maximum exposure of the company's brands
  • Initiates market studies and other forms of research (personal feedback, internet research, etc.) to gain insights regarding the company's brands and ongoing projects/events
  • Evaluates the financial aspects such as marketing budget, expenditures, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Supervises/leads brand marketing associates in achieving their respective performance targets
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed by the immediate head.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong track record in strategic planning and team leadership
  • Background in fashion retail merchandising and/or those related to apparel, footwear, lifestyle products, sports, and music is a definite advantage
  • Knowledgeable of marketing theories and principles, influencer marketing management, media planning/buying, and implementation
  • Must be strategic and has highly analytical thinking skill
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication
  • Willing to work physically in the Head Office, Ortigas Center, Pasig City every Mondays to Fridays
