Position Overview:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries and support related to food delivery services, ensuring a seamless ordering experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve delivery issues.
  • Coordinate with restaurants and delivery personnel.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
