Accounting Associate

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Help prepare financial statements and reports
  • Support audits and compliance checks by preparing necessary documentation
  • Ensure financial data is entered accurately and timely in accounting software
  • Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding payments and invoices
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (PIVOT, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
