* Responsible for professional driving of all Company personnel, Management, and visitors to different places of destination as required.

* Ensure documentation requirements of company vehicles (e.g. registration, insurance, etc.) are facilitated up to date.

* Ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness of Company vehicles at all times

* Coordinate with the Lab. Department for Outsourcing of samples

* Assist the Lab. Department when conducting In-House Drug Testing when needed.

* Coordinate with Courier Supervisor for proper and regular maintenance of all Company vehicles

* Facilitate and coordinate basic maintenance requirements in the Laboratory/Admin (e.g. repairs of equipment, facilities, etc.) if needed.

* Coordinate with Accounting/Purchasing Department to support procurement requirements

* Assist Accounting Department in other bank transactions like deposits, etc.

* Assist HR Department in filing documents to government agencies like SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and BIR

* Assist HR Department in payment of government-regulated benefits

* Assist Purchasing Department in the keeping of stocks/supplies on hand

* Perform other duties that may be assigned by higher authority.
