Job Description

As an HCM Payroll Specialist, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. You will work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment, handle payroll audits and funding coordination, and respond promptly to client inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Education:
  • High school diploma or associate degree
• Skills & Experience:
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Process payroll, preferably within an HCM service provider environment
  • Understand U.S. payroll regulations
• Computer Skills:
  • Use the Isolved platform proficiently
• Certifications/Licenses:
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Follow standard operating procedures as trained
• Work with internal teams to gather, validate, and process payroll
• Process payrolls for assigned clients based on schedules and requirements, within service level agreements
• Review and audit payroll output to ensure 100% accuracy before finalization
• Submit and monitor payroll funding requests with the Treasury team
• Submit and monitor live check delivery requests with the Shipping team
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries promptly
• Document work performed and time spent for each client in the client management system (Clientspace)
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information
• Provide weekly progress reports to the Payroll Supervisor
• Escalate issues proactively to the Payroll Supervisor when needed
• Self-report all errors, issues, client dissatisfaction, or perceived errors within 24 hours of occurrence

Other Duties:

• Prepare or generate payroll reports for clients as needed
• Maintain and update client payroll documentation
