As we expand both locally and across borders, we are seeking for individual who have a strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices.

In this role, you should be an effective strategist, critical thinker and able to optimize ad exposure and outdo competition while staying within budgets. If you're knowledgeable about current media channels and advertising options, we'd like to meet you.

Role and Responsibilities :

As Digital Media Buyer, you will:

  • Developing a campaign strategy based on the product objectives and target audience demographics
  • Reviewing campaign performance to determine the effectiveness of each ad campaign and make adjustments where necessary
  • Coordinating with designers to create ads that meet requirements set by the client
  • Selecting specific types of ads to meet the needs of a campaign, including text ads, image ads, video ads, and other formats
  • Creating detailed plans for how campaigns will be executed using digital media channels such as websites, mobile apps, social media channels, and email lists
  • Making sure that all ads comply with industry regulations regarding content, length, and placement
  • Monitoring ad costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Reporting and communicating results to management on a weekly, monthly, and as needed basis

Results :

  • To be able to identify the best channels for reaching their target audience and then track the results of their campaigns to see what works and what doesn't
  • To experiment with new platforms and channels and ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • To be able to justify spending by showing that it leads to increased sales or other business outcomes
  • To report on campaign performance on a weekly, monthly or as needed basis together with analysis on what to improve on

Requirements

· Proven experience as Digital Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred

· Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research

· Interest in following advertising and media trends

· Have knowledge or ability to learn media analytics software (e.g. HYROS)

· Excellent communication and reporting skills

· Able to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver work on time for set deadlines.

· Attention to detail & great organizational skills

· Analytical & critical thinking skills

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
