What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information

- Adhering to call centre protocols and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Collaborating with team members to share best practices and identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
