About the role

JTSworx' is seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to oversee a team of customer service representatives in our healthcare division. As Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of exceptional customer service within our onsite facility in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  3. Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  4. Monitor team and individual performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  5. Collaborate with the wider customer service team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  6. Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of team activities and performance
  8. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department and the company

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a customer service or call center environment
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  5. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
  6. Familiarity with the healthcare industry and customer service best practices in this sector
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask
