About the role

AUXILIA INC' is seeking a talented Wave 1 CSR AGENT (Financial & sales Account) to join our expanding team in our Central Poblacion Naga City Cebu office. This is a full-time position with an attractive signing on bonus of 15,000 on offer.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests related to financial and sales accounts
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services or sales industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
• A team player with a positive, flexible, and customer-centric attitude
• Fluent in both English and the local language
