Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist (MSA) / Key Accounts Specialist (KAS) - Anesthesia/Pain Management

We are a leading pharmaceutical/medical device company committed to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions in Anesthesia and Pain Management. We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Medical Sales Specialist (MSA) or Key Accounts Specialist (KAS) to join our dynamic team. This critical role will be responsible for the promotion and sales of our strong portfolio of Anesthesia/Pain Management products within hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Sales: Drive the adoption and sales of our Anesthesia/Pain Management product portfolio to anesthesiologists, pain specialists, intensivists, and other relevant healthcare professionals within assigned hospitals.
• Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers within the anesthesia and pain management departments of target hospitals.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Product Education & Training: Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations and in-service training sessions.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to product promotion and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related scientific/medical field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, specifically promoting and selling Anesthesia/Pain Management products within a hospital setting.
• Demonstrated strong franchise and established network (network) among anesthesiologists, pain specialists, and intensivists.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital protocols, procurement processes, and healthcare dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
