We are seeking Java Full Stack Developers with a proven background in modern application development. The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment, takes ownership of deliverables, and consistently drives high-quality results. This role involves contributing to core services, feature enhancement, cloud integration, and production stability initiatives.

Must-Have Skills and Experience


• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in
Java and Spring Boot


• Professional development experience with ReactJS
for UI implementation


• Strong capability in
REST API
design and integration


• Experience working with
MongoDB
or other NoSQL databases


• Good understanding of
DevOps practices
(version control, automation, CI/CD concepts)


• Practical exposure across the
full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)


• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design


• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL
data storage models


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills


• Experience with cloud platforms:
AWS highly preferred
; Azure or GCP acceptable


• Hands-on exposure to
Docker and Kubernetes
for container-based deployments


• Familiarity with monitoring tools, security practices, and performance optimization


• Experience in mentoring junior engineers or leading technical tasks


• Contribution to code quality standards and process improvements
