Role: US Tax Manager

Set-up: Hybrid (Ortigas, Pasig) 2-3 days WFH/Onsite (Mon-Fri but should be amenable to work on weekends during busy days)

Job Description

- Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in tax compliance, preferably within a global network of professional services firms, including consolidated filers with multinational and multistate operations;

- Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success, preferably within a global network of professional services firms;

- Applying technical skills in completing and reviewing the following IRS tax forms: 1065/K1's, 1120, 1120-F, 1042, 1042S. 8865, 5471, 8858, 8621, 5472, Form 8886;

- Completing applicable state and partnership tax returns;

- Utilizing tax software engines such as GoSystems;

- Researching, writing, and consulting on various compliance tax matters.

Qualifications: 

a. Bachelors degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related course;

b. At least 4 years relevant work experience in assurance, tax, accounting and/or analysis work;

c. Professional accounting certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is an advantage but not required.

d. With experience working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management

e. With experience in people management for at least a year

f. Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse working environment

g. Can start immediately, target start date is June 19, 2023

h. Willing to work at Ortigas in a hybrid setup
