Summary:

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a strong presence in the online gaming and digital entertainment industry. Their mission is to deliver innovative, data-driven, and culturally relevant gaming experiences tailored to the global market. They are currently expanding the team and seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join them in multiple roles.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Player Acquisition

  • Develop and own the company's multi-channel marketing strategy across digital, influencer, offline, and strategic partnerships

  • Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, affiliates, CRM, and app/store acquisition.

  • Define and optimize the full marketing funnel (awareness conversion retention) across web and app

2. Brand & Creative Direction

  • Own the brand strategy and voice of the company across markets

  • Oversee creation of world-class content, campaigns, and communication

  • Ensure consistency and innovation in messaging across all platforms

3. Budget Ownership & Planning

  • Define, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to deliver ROI-positive campaigns

  • Forecast and track spend vs performance across all channels and market segments

  • Ensure efficient resource allocation across brand and growth initiatives

  • Collaborate with Finance to align budget planning with company-wide revenue and profit targets

4. Data-Driven Execution

  • Partner with BI and Product teams to measure LTV, CAC, ROI, churn, retention, and optimize continuously

  • Leverage market and player insights to tailor local campaigns and personalise experiences.

5.Leadership & Organisation Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team (growth, brand, CRM, content, design)

  • Foster a culture of creativity, speed, and accountability

  • Report directly to the Head of Business Unit and align with cross-functional leaders (Product, Operations, Finance)

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership in a digital-first or app-based business

  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and brand awareness in competitive markets

  • Strong grasp of data analytics, performance marketing, CRM, and growth marketing tools

  • Experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for marketing

  • Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand building

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking

  • Experience in iGaming and sports betting industry

  • Familiar with both grey and regulated market or Philippines market

  • Experience building a brand from single market to regional/international scale-up

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for sports, data, or iGaming communities
