Summary:

The Production Manager oversees daily commissary operations to ensure food and beverage products are prepared efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. The role covers production planning, staff supervision, inventory management, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily food production to meet outlet requirements.
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Supervise and train commissary staff, manage schedules, and evaluate performance.
  • Monitor inventory, control food cost, and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics for raw materials and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper use of commissary equipment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commissary, food production, or F&B operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
