We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be assigned on-site to monitor and manage ongoing projects, ensuring that all work is executed according to plan. You will be responsible for overseeing the project workers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and the ability to drive is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise ongoing mechanical projects on-site.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to project workers to ensure work is completed to specification.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and engineering codes.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues during the project execution.
  • Prepare reports, track project progress, and assist with quality control.
  • Coordinate with other departments and management to resolve project challenges.
  • Use AutoCAD software to create and modify technical drawings and designs as needed.
  • Assist in resource allocation, project timelines, and ensuring that all materials are available.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for technical design and drafting.
  • Ability to drive and a valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to instruct and manage project workers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
