Essential Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro with a strong understanding of video editing techniques.
  • Proven experience with efficient video rendering workflows and export settings configuration.
  • Solid knowledge of video file formats, codecs, and compression settings.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives through video content.
  • Ability to handle long-form content and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A powerful PC capable of exporting 4K 10-bit 60fps footage (preferred).

About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit long-form YouTube content focusing on creative storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
  • Manage and improve video rendering workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality exports.
  • Optimise video rendering processes to minimise bottlenecks and enhance productivity.
  • Configure export settings for different video formats, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet content deadlines and maintain a high standard of work.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video editing and rendering.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior editors on best practices and workflow improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with color grading, sound editing, and other post-production tasks.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects and Photoshop.
  • Experience working on YouTube content or similar digital platforms.
