Service Representative

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate all aspects of service logistics to ensure that instructions to meet customer needs are implemented and carried out.

2. Ensure that planning, delegation, design, set-up, etc. related to customer orders are executed with least problems.

3. Facilitate everything needed for an order to be delivered or an event to be executed.

4. Monitor workload and schedules of the different arms of services department.

5. Compute, request, pay, ang liquidate salary for freelance employees.

6. Ensure that the standard of quality of service rendered are mot or surpassed.

7. Oversee the daily operations of service department.

8. Evaluate performance of team.

9. Have a good leadership representation.

10. Be a customer relationship officer.

11. Perform planning, delegating, alignment and accomplish all corresponding documentations.''

12. Manage/oversee daily operations.

13. Closely monitor all outlets (department - kitchen storeroom, dining, and administrations.)

14. Analyze and process reports and data submitted by outlet junior officers.

15. Conceptualize and perform sales and marketing strategies.

16. Handle product presentations.

17. Conduct trainings for newly employed staff and refresh courses for existing team.

18. Implement company policies and food safety standard, and observe protocols.

19. Conduct evaluation regularly.

20. Prepare necessary documentations for management reporting.

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
