About the role

ARTECH TECHNOLOGY INC' is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities and Billing specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and on-site work.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Utilities and Billing applications and systems
  • Implement and configure Oracle Utilities and Billing solutions to meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Utilities and Billing applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Utilities and Billing technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities and Billing development and implementation
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Utilities and Billing, including configuration, customisation, and integration
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages
  • Experience in requirements gathering, design, and project implementation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
