Role Description

This is a full-time Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) role based in Metro Manila, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work from home flexibility. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Oracle CC&B solutions, analyzing client requirements, customizing the CC&B application to address specific business needs, and providing support for system configurations. The candidate will also be tasked with troubleshooting, debugging, and performing system testing and quality assurance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions is an integral aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B, including system configuration, implementation, and customization
  • Experience in database management, system integration, and application development
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and quality assurance for software systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex business requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Relevant experience in IT consulting or related fields is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
