Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to support strategic marketing and sales decisions.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes, territory planning, and distribution strategies using IE tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to monitor KPIs and recommend operational improvements to boost efficiency and revenue.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives by evaluating campaign effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and promotional planning.
  • Conduct time-and-motion studies or process mapping within the sales operations flow (e.g., route efficiency, order-to-delivery cycle).
  • Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning in coordination with Supply Chain and Production teams.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for sales leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Participate in the development of pricing models, product mix analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial activities and operational capacities, contributing to end-to-end business planning.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving cost savings, process improvement, and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, marketing support, or supply chain within the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Willing to travel or do fieldwork if required by sales-related projects.
