About The Role The Senior Instructional Designer leads the design and development of high‑impact learning programs that drive performance, scalability, and operational excellence. This role shapes learning strategy, manages complex design projects, and mentors other instructional designers to uphold quality and consistency. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of advanced learning solutions (SOPs, microlearning, simulations, blended programs) aligned to business goals and design standards. Define learning objectives, modality strategy, and project scope for complex or high‑visibility initiatives. Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, scalability, and alignment to performance outcomes. Coach and review the work of other instructional designers to maintain quality, clarity, and consistency. Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend effective learning approaches for target audiences. Evaluate training impact using learner data, assessments, and feedback; recommend continuous improvements. Maintain and evolve design templates, style guides, and content libraries to improve team efficiency and brand consistency. Collaborate with facilitators and enablement partners to design cohesive learner journeys across digital and live modalities. Research and pilot emerging learning technologies, tools, and methods to enhance design innovation. Champion accessibility, inclusion, and data‑driven iteration across all learning assets. About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field. 5–7 years of experience designing and developing learning programs in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end instructional design projects and mentoring peers. Advanced proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate) and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), adult learning principles, and assessment design. Skilled at managing multiple projects, aligning stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality results on time. Exceptional written and visual communication skills that simplify complexity and enhance learner engagement. Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in cross‑functional settings. Familiarity with AI‑powered design or adaptive learning technologies.
