Job Title

IT Asset Management Associate is responsible for overseeing the inventory and maintenance of company assets. This role involves ensuring that all assets are properly tracked, recorded, and maintained to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for receiving, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Asset Tracking: Ensure that all asset activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate inventory data.
  • Physical Inventories: Assist in conducting physical inventories and counts, and reconciling inventory variances.
  • Asset Tagging: In-charge of tagging company assets and supplies.
  • Quality Inspections: Verifies and conducts quality inspections of incoming and outgoing company assets and supplies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Knowledge in Asset management tool.
  • Knowledge in Asset Management principles and practices.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and report onsite as needed.
