Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Pasig for a Junior Key Account Manager. The individual will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, oversee account management processes, and collaborate with clients to address their evolving needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business performance, preparing actionable business plans, delivering excellent customer service, and actively working to grow accounts while meeting organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Business Planning to assess and optimize account strategies.
- Experience with Account Management and Key Account handling for building long-lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in startups or consulting services is a plus.
