Store Rider

About the role

As a Store Rider for Fun Han Mart', you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the wider team. This is a full-time position based in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City location.

What you'll be doing

• Delivery and Transportation: Safely transport products, food, or packages via car, bike, or motorcycle to designated locations.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure the correct items are picked, packed, and delivered by verifying orders before and after delivery.
• Timeliness: Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery and meet deadlines.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring they are satisfied with the delivery.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to traffic laws, maintain the delivery vehicle, and exercise good judgment while driving.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and transactions as required by the store.
• Problem Resolution: Communicate any issues or delays and resolve problems efficiently.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• With Professional License
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• A collaborative team player who is willing to pitch in and help where needed
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
