Job Summary:

The Rider is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of items to various store locations within NCR. This role requires strong driving skills, knowledge of traffic rules, and the ability to operate a manual motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver items, documents, supplies, or merchandise to different stores across NCR.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Operate and maintain a manual motorcycle safely and responsibly.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes or adjust routes to meet delivery schedules.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery items before departure and upon arrival.
  • Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
  • Communicate any delays, issues, or concerns to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Perform basic motorcycle checks and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Comply with traffic rules, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • With valid driver's license (Restriction Code 1 & 2 or A & B).
  • Must know how to operate a manual motorcycle.
  • Familiar with NCR routes and traffic regulations.
  • With experience as a delivery rider is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to handle long hours of driving.
  • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
