JOB SUMMARY: The HR Associate (Talent Sourcing) plays a key role in supporting senior-level hiring by building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through focused sourcing efforts. This role is centered on profile research, resume screening, and lead generation for mid-senior to senior roles. The position works closely with the Talent Acquisition team by managing sourcing platforms, maintaining candidate trackers, and generating quality leads through online channels and talent databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound talent search using JobStreet Premium Talent Search (PTS), LinkedIn, FB Groups, and other online sourcing tools.
  • Screen resumes and candidate profiles based on requirements for officer to manager-level roles.
  • Maintain and update internal sourcing trackers and Employee Referral Program (ERP) records to ensure accurate candidate flow.
  • Manage the sourcing activities through the LinkedIn account of HR Enabled, including outreach and pipeline monitoring.
  • Organize and tag profiles gathered from job fairs, PTS, and external sources for easier retrieval and tracking.
  • Support the sourcing of candidates for hard-to-fill roles by identifying and recommending potential leads.
  • Ensure all sourced profiles are properly documented and submitted to the team for next-step evaluation.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for other roles when there are no active or only a few hiring requirements for senior positions.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, talent attraction, resume screening, or a related HR support role.
  • Skilled in using LinkedIn, PTS, and similar platforms for candidate search and outreach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Proactive and resourceful in finding alternative methods to source candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with tracking tools or database systems
  • Good written communication and documentation skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple sourcing tasks independently.
