We are looking for a Junior Accountant to take full ownership of our Accounts Receivable process. This is a critical role supporting our international freight forwarding operations. You will manage client billing, collections, AR reporting, and audit documentation, while supporting treasury, reporting, and administrative compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue billing statements, ORs, and service invoices
  • Follow up on collections from local and international clients
  • Maintain and update the AR Aging Report and submit weekly AR summaries
  • Reconcile inter-office AR balances across AWOT stations
  • Monitor and collect BIR Form 2307 from clients
  • Assist in cashflow reporting, bank reconciliation, and audit schedules
  • Support internal reports: sales reports, tonnage, ratio analysis, etc.
  • Handle document control, messenger runs, and administrative filings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Tech, or Finance
  • At least 2 years experience in accounting or billing roles
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence with Excel and accounting systems
  • Able to handle deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a plus, but not required

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
