Unilever Future Leaders Programme - Human Resources
The Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) is a full-time accelerated management trainee programme where fresh graduates and young professionals are fast-tracked into readiness for leadership roles in three years. The programme is open to all graduating students in 2026 and professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.

What will you be doing?
Drive engagement, strategically partner with the business, and champion the success of over 110,000 people working in our brilliant teams worldwide. What will the Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) involve?

You'll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects and gain broad exposure to the business, which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Requirements for Application
- Eligibility to work in the Philippines at the start of the program
- You have obtained your bachelor's degree and have not had more than two years of work experience at the start date of the UFLP (1 August 2026)
Application Process
Our online application period runs until December 16, 2025. You will need to have finished until Stage 2, the Online Assessment, by the end of the online application period to be eligible for the Unilever Future Leaders Program. We will reach out to you, should you qualify to proceed to the Line Manager Interview.
We work on a first-come, first-serve basis so finish all stages as soon as possible. In case we receive an exceeding number of quality candidates, we may decide to close our applications earlier. In that case, we will communicate this.
The entire selection process consists of:
Stage 1: Digital Application
Stage 2: Online Assessment
Stage 3: Interview with Line Manager
Stage 4: Discovery Center Day
