About the Role
Lynx Equity is seeking a driven and analytical Digital Campaign & Marketing Performance Specialist to
support digital marketing initiatives across the parent company and its diverse portfolio of
subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, enjoys
optimizing marketing funnels, and wants to contribute meaningfully within an agile team where their
work has direct impact.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns across
multiple channels (including but not limited to Google and Meta Ads), with a focus on measurable
performance, continuous improvement, and delivering value to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across PPC, paid social, and
search channels.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform
campaign strategies.

• Execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to improve performance and conversion
outcomes.
Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.

• Analyze digital metrics across channels, identifying trends, issues, and optimization
opportunities.

• Produce clear, data-driven reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with subsidiary stakeholders to understand goals and align campaign strategies.

• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with internal clients, ensuring transparency and
timely communication.

• Present campaign outcomes, recommendations, and strategic adjustments in a clear and
compelling way.

• Ensure all keyword campaigns and paid media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing
efforts, collaborating closely with the Lynx marketing and subsidiary teams to maintain
consistent messaging and cohesive execution across all active projects.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness

• Stay current with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.

• Recommend innovative solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and marketing
effectiveness.

• Support the marketing team in building scalable processes and improving reporting
frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, PPC, paid social, and/or performance
marketing roles.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and/or Microsoft
Advertising.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable
strategy.

• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical
concepts clearly.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to document processes, procedures, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders

• Ability to work flexible hours, which could occasionally include evenings and weekends
 
Preferred:

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field.

• Experience with SEM and SEO principles, CMS and email marketing platforms.

• Familiarity with multi-brand organizations or working with multiple stakeholders.
