Sales Specialist

1. General Responsibilities:
Collaboration
• Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless execution of bulk
orders
Continuous improvement
• Seek ways to optimize event processes and drive sales performance
Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate record of sales activities, client interactions, event plans,
and budget details
• Regularly report on sales and event activities to the Sales and Events Manager
2. Sales and Revenue Generation
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, event planners, and highvalue
customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve restaurant sales targets
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Work with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring repeat
business
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client
satisfaction
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and offerings
• Resolve any customer issues related to bulk orders
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, offers, and customer
service
• Identify new business opportunities through partnerships and collaborations
5. Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance, leads, and client interactions
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales report to management
• Track and analyze key sales metrics to adjust strategies accordingly
6. Strategy Formulation
• Collaborate with management to align strategies with brand direction and
profitability goals
• Identify growth opportunities in corporate sales and bulk orders
• Formulate action plans to address market gaps and enhance competitive
positioning
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related
field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with key
decision-makers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet with corporate clients as required.
