Responsibilities:
-Campaign Creation: Develop and implement comprehensive social media ad strategies that align with marketing objectives and business goals. Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and determine budget allocations.
-Ad Creation: Design and oversee the creation of compelling ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and video content, that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
-Platform Management: Manage social media advertising across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. Ensure ads are optimized for each platform's unique features and audience.
-Campaign Execution: Launch, monitor, and manage ad campaigns from inception to completion. Ensure timely and accurate execution of ads, including A/B testing and adjustments based on performance.
-Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-click, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
-Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. Adjust spend as necessary based on performance and campaign needs.
-Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure that campaigns remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:
years of experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube ads, and other emerging platforms is a significant plus.
-Strong understanding of each platform's features, targeting options, bidding strategies, and reporting capabilities.
-Experience with content creation, website analytics, and reporting
-Experience in Google Analytics tools such as (Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center), Facebook tools (Facebook Business Suite), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other related tools
-Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
