JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Media Buyer to join our marketing team. This role will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across META platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and performance optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns based on marketing goals and target audiences.
Research and identify optimal ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding structures for campaign success.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, analytics) to ensure creative assets and messaging align with campaign objectives.

Campaign Management & Optimization:
Manage day-to-day operations of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across various ad objectives (e.g., traffic, conversions, lead generation, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Test ad copy, visuals, audiences, and bidding strategies to continually refine and improve campaigns.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to ensure ads are shown to the most relevant potential customers.
Utilize custom and lookalike audiences to maximize targeting effectiveness and ROI.
Use Meta's audience insights and analytics tools to enhance targeting and optimize campaign delivery.

Budget Management
Manage media spend across campaigns, ensuring the budget is used efficiently while achieving desired performance targets.
Monitor and report on the cost-effectiveness of campaigns, identifying areas for cost reduction and higher ROI.

Reporting & Analytics:
Create regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and key metrics for internal stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data to optimize future strategies.

Stay Current with Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in META advertising, including algorithm changes and new features.
Experiment with new features, formats, and techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (preferably with a focus on eCommerce, lead generation, or direct-response campaigns).
A minimum of 1-2 years working in a digital marketing or media buying role.

Skills:
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and other related tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Audience Insights, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV, CPA, etc.).
Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization techniques.
Knowledge of A/B testing and performance tracking.
