Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for ensuring timely submission of documents, correspondence and reports to all government agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Statutory and Corporate Benefits
- Ensures timely submission of all documents pertaining to SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth benefit claims, contributions and loan remittances to respective government agencies.
- Maintains database of loans and claims records.
- Keeps a copy in an organized filing system of all outgoing and incoming documents.
- Conducts regular follow-through on benefit claim.
- Provides consistent feedback to the team on claims availment status and release.
- Secures complete signature and requirement in all application request.
- Shares new advisories/circulars from government agencies.
- Facilitates payment of monthly contribution for SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth and pick up of available checks (SSS Diliman and Kalayaan HO)
- Deposits loan check of employee.
- Requests for SSS loan and contribution print-out, Philhealth ID and Members Data Record.
B. Others
- Gives assistance to the Family and Executive Management on benefit claim.
- Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs and other professional development work.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least second year college level of any course.
- At least one (1) year of work experience with exposure to government agencies (i.e. SSS, ECC, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO etc.)
- Willing to work in Makati
