HR/Admin Staff – Construction Project

Responsibilities:
- Recruit and deploy workers needed at the project site.
- Handle day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with management.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and employee records.
- Assist in basic safety orientation and toolbox talks.
- Provide first aid assistance if needed.
- Prepare and submit HR/admin reports.
Qualifications:
- With experience in HR/Admin, preferably in construction.
- Knowledge in recruitment and employee relations.
- With background or training in Basic Safety and First Aid (preferred).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
